"New thinking about what we're eating." This looks like such an interesting movie. Has anyone seen it? The trailer is below. For more information, click here.

It's Starting To Look A Lot Like...

...a doll quilt swap! Since May of 2009, my little swap on the Quilting Board has grown from 12 swappers to a whopping 67! January 2010 holds the record for the most swappers. And there's a theme for January as well. We're all making quilts representative of our city, state, or country. We have swappers from the United States, Canada, England, Japan, New Zealand, and even Guam.

Old Tobacco Road Is Finished!

I finished something! This is for my dad and his wife for Christmas. He's been whining about wanting a quilt since I started quilting. The two heirloom quilts I have were made by his grandmothers. I used ghastly reproduction fabrics that I inherited from a quilter who quit. Can you believe quilters sometimes quit? Scary, huh?

The pattern is from Bonnie Hunter's site, which I adore! It was a mystery quilt called "Old Tobacco Road." I've done several of her mysteries and they are so much fun. She has a new one up for the holidays. It's gorgeous, but I didn't have time to play. I'm definitely putting it on my list though!

A Message From Santa...

Here's a clever little message you can send to friends and family. I sent this one to my daughter.
